Bio
With over a decade of experience within the industry, he has always found himself fitting into a leadership role, elevating the skills & morale of the team surrounding him. He began his construction career as a labourer and over the years, acquired his red seal certificate as he worked his way to a superintendent, project manager, resource coordinator, and now operations manager role.
Tom has dealt with various construction projects and has successfully overseen large and complex restoration scopes through rapid schedule reconstruction phases, led teams of up to 150 crew members, and organized projects to mitigate facility disruptions within healthcare, residential, and large commercial facilities.
It’s also important to note that once golf season begins, the only place you’ll see him outside of work is on the greens working on his game.

Bio
Katherine is an experienced mitigation & reconstruction project manager and is well versed in large, complex losses. She earns the trust of property owners by putting them as a priority and providing unique cost-effective ways to mitigate loss for business operations.
She is also very compassionate and understanding which allows her to better communicate with property owners and provide them peace of mind. We should also mention she part-times as a self-proclaimed professional puppy-petter!

Bio
Jason brings with him over 25 years of experience in the construction industry specializing in large and complex loss of any scope.
He has managed large workforces of over 200 crew members performing demolition and reconstruction on government, large multi-family, as well as healthcare facilities that require infectious control and CSA standards to be met.
Outside of work, you can catch Jason being a full-time grandpa to two beautiful grandkids…soon to be three!

RANDY GILES

Bio
Randy has all-around experience in demolition, structural repairs, commercial renovations, rebuilds after large losses such as multi-property emergency floods, fire and smoke remediation, all while successfully leading large teams and multiple crews.
Since he started as a labourer and worked his way into a project manager role over the years, he has developed a strong understanding of the restoration process from the ground up. This knowledge gives him a unique insight into finding new ways to becoming more efficient and cost-effective throughout the restoration process.
He’s always got his “foot on the gas,” and if you catch him outside of the office, chances are he’ll be working out.
